This is not my house. It is my neighbors' though. Not the Neighbor Boy I've been tutoring - these are the neighbors on the other side of us. They are very nice neighbors, despite this yard decor. :) Last year, they gave my kiddies science books and brand new bikes for Christmas. We, in turn, keep them supplied with home baked bread and tasty treats.
The lights on the ground are blue to look like water.
